If you enjoy Scottish music with a big helping of indie rock thrown in then your going to LOVE Tide Lines!
This 4 piece band from the Scottish highlands and islands have been rocking and rolling since 2016 and continue to raise the roof at every concert and personal listening sesh.
The band is made up of 4 guys in their twenties: upfront is extremely talented vocalist, songwriter, guitarist and accordionist Robert Robertson from Lochaber, Alasdair Turner from Alness rocks the electric guitar and Scottish Bagpipes, Ross Wilson from the Isle of Mull crusts it on the keys, and up the back is Fergus Munro from Glasgow who smashes on the drums. Together they create an epic and organic Celtic Soul sound that you cannot help shindiging to!
In 2016 they released their first debut single “Far Side of the World” which was no 71 on the UK charts.
Then in 2017 they released their first Debut album “Dreams We Never Lost” which reached peak chart position at No 16 of the UK charts. This album was reported to have beaten global sensations: Coldplay, Beyonce and Adele in the UK download charts less than 24 hours after the Tide Lines had launched their album on social media.
Next they launched an EP in 2018 called “Lets Make Tonight”
I recently experienced Tide Lines live at Montrose Townhall! They were fantastic! I was lucky enough to be right at the front! They really did lift the roof, and left me feeling totally buzzed up! I would defiantly like to see Tide Lines again, but at a bigger outdoor venue! Check out where you could see Tide Lines Live by clicking here.
Lots Of Love From
