STN Big 10 Sponsored Walk Funds!

Hello Everyone!

This is just a very short blog post to update you on the funds that were raised during the STN Big 10 sponsored walk last year via the Nursing Society!

Firstly, I would personally just like to thank everyone who participated, raised funds and donated to the causes, your contribution is extremely appreciated! 🙂

I am really delighted to share with you that together we raised a grand total of £684.83 of which £134.83 was donated to the British Heart Foundation- which is superb!

And £550 was used to purchase a brand-new Advanced Venipuncture arm which can be used by all students in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Practice which will support our learning! I hope you enjoy using it! I can’t wait to have a little try! 🙂
